Meditate on This

This is the thought of potential.  Of the ideas that have not yet come to be.  How do you summon these and create a life to match the ideas?

Successful people have morning routines that include meditation.  A daily mode of discovering more about self and mentally creating what {is desired} will come to fruition.  It's easy to say,"Yes!  I meditate every day!  I do this while I'm driving to work" or another, equally ludicrous statement.

In our fast-paced society, it is natural to want to do tasks simultaneouly to conserve time.  But some things deserve time and space in your day.

Meditation is one of those things.  In this post, I just would like to introduce some thoughts surrounding meditation, as food for thought.

Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet.  It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there - buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.  Deepak Chopra

It is not a "clearing of the mind" so something undistiguishable could take it over.

It is a clarifying of the mind.

Following is a short, fascinating interview on the topic by Dr. Joe Dispenza:

Keep in mind that meditation requires practice, like anything - as a beginner, start with a shorter amount of time dedicated to meditating.  And work up to longer spans as you grow in the practice.
